The company was established in 2009 under the name P3 Construction Management, LLC by Todd and Robert Pesavento with a vision to utilize our 60 cumulative years of diversified construction experience and provide our clients with the most comprehensive construction management, program planning and owner representative services in the marketplace today.

In 2011, P3CM coverted to a corporation and changed it's name to Pesavento Construction to better reflect the company's focus.

Today, Pesavento Construction is a full-service General Contracting and Construction Management firm established to provide leadership and continuity throughout all phases of the construction process.  Our goal is to protect our clients from costly mistakes by providing the highest level of excellence in management services.  The integrity and values-based business principles of Pesavento Construction assure clients have found a construction management company that will become an essential and valued business partner.

Our main focus is to provide support to owners and developers on their design and construction projects and ensure that quality expectations are met in a cost-effective and timely manner.

PC’s managing partners bring a deep breath of experience in upscale high-rise towers, 5-star resorts, mixed-use properties, casinos, hospitals, retail, government and industrial projects.  PC has the experience, reach and knowledge base to provide services on the smallest demanding projects to the most complex projects.
