On Time Landscaping is a licensed, bonded and insured landscaping contractor. We are a GLVAR member benefits partner and a SNWA water smart contractor. We were issued our contractor's license in early 2008.
The residential landscaping work we do centers around one time projects such as new instillations, conversions, one time clean ups (maybe after a tenant or previous owner moved out and left a mess) and irrigation repairs. We can even "dress up" a yard so it shows better while on the market and it might not cost as much as a homeowner thinks.
On Time Landscapings' approach to installing landscapes starts and ends with the customer. We work to understand what our customers want and then we install it for them. Our goal is to have happy customers that feel good about hiring On Time Landscaping. We are new to Yelp and Angies List and hope that our customers will leave us positive reviews as a "thank you".
We understand that some homeowners want to meet their HOAs minimum requirements while others want more extensive landscaping. Some customers ask for the ability to phase in their landscaping. We work with our customers to deliver what they want and within a budget. Keep this in mind when looking at our photos. Ultimately we install what property owners ask us to so some of them are not to everyone's liking but at least the photos show that we can do the work.
Do not be fooled by companies that are unlicensed or not properly licensed. There is a difference between having a business license and being a contractor. "Contractors are required to have landscape licenses in the state of Nevada, if a job is $1,000 or more or requires a building permit. Companies that do lawn maintenance service are usually not required to have a contracting license."
