Foster Parnell
Foster Parnell’s experience in the electrical industry encompasses more than 30 years. He started in this town in 1989 as a Residential electrician and worked his way up to Estimator/Vice President. Foster Parnell later founded Parnell Electric in January 2011. Foster is skilled in all phases of the electrical industry including commercial, industrial, custom homes, estimating and electrical design.
David Shafshak
David Shafshak has 8 years in electrical estimating and project management. David’s past experience in the Military has given him great team work abilities and attention to details. As a project manager David leads the project team and has overall accountability for completing assigned projects successfully. In his time with our company he has successfully completed and managed projects in the retail, hospitality renovations, small residential projects to large industrial installation including work for utilities.
Jennifer Parnell
Jennifer Parnell has worked in the construction industry for more than 9 years. Jennifer founded Parnell Electric with Foster in 2011. She has been dedicated and has played an active role and helping Parnell Electric become a leading, respected commercial construction contractor in Las Vegas. Her extensive knowledge of construction accounting has played a huge role in making the company what it is today.
