Novad Construction has been in Las Vegas since August 1986,Originally we started in residential construction building speculative and custom homes. By the year 1995 we had transitioned to commercial construction only, and ever since we have completed numerous commercial projects which included retail and office buildings, tenant improvements and remodels . Quite a few of this projects were developed by Novad Construction complete from site acquisition, rezoning, design and construction. We can also do the same for you and deliver a completed building on the land you already own, or build from plans drawn by your architect.
