New Millennium Academy was founded by Dr. Amy Tongsiri and Renee Robinson.  Dr. Amy Tongsiri was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She completed her undergraduate studies at U.N.L.V and attended U.N.L.V's School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Amy graduated in 2008, and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. 

Prior to opening Silver State Smiles, Dr. Amy obtained her licenses and practiced in Iowa, West Virginia, and Nevada. She spent a year managing one of West Virginia's largest dental offices. She enjoyed the scenic beauty of the Great Smokey Mountains, but decided Las Vegas was where she belongs. Dr. Amy is presently a part of the faculty at U.N.L.V School of Dental Medicine. She is an active member of the American Dental Association as well as the Southern Nevada Dental Association. Dr. Amy enjoys volunteering in community service activities. She has been involved in events supporting the Make a Wish Foundation, Habitats for Humanities, and Race for the Cure. Dr. Amy is currently involved and active in the Three Square Charity program.
