Southland Distributors is a leading distributors of vinyl siding and window products.  We are constantly searching for new and improved ways to provide our customers with the best possible product at competitive prices.

Southland opened its first location in Cookeville, TN in 1987.  Since 1987 we have expanded into North Carolina and Alabama.  We now have five locations from which we can serve you with your building needs.

Southland has a growing line of exterior building products from which you can choose.  Each of our locations stock and supply a wide range of products for vinyl siding, shutters, columns, exterior, and interior doors, vinyl railing and other exterior accessories.  We also carry a variety of new construction and replacement windows.
