Shelley Gorman was raised in Barrington, Illinois just a 45 minute train ride from downtown Chicago. The eclectic architecture and mix of materials for the vibrant metropolis sparked her desire to follow a career in design that began in the world of architecture and softly landed in the more tactile realm of interiors.
