Most of our clients come to Scoville & Associates for a couple of reasons. They need help with solving problems on their current project or they want help in avoiding problems on an upcoming project. Another key reason they come to S&A is that they want to spend less time on the project. It allows our clients to spend their time on other important aspects of their lives.
Our company was founded to provide clients with a variety of Owner’s Representative and Construction Management services. Clients include owners, designers, and contractors.
Clients receive better value for their investment and time as a result of the services that we provide. In addition, it is more enjoyable for the client when the project goes smoothly.
Often clients are unaware of the challenges that will be encountered during the project. Design and construction is a complicated undertaking because of the number of different companies and products involved.
SCOVILLE & ASSOCIATES specializes in planning and coordination that consistently avoids problems. We also specialize in management that effectively solves problems. Planning and management continue from project concept through occupancy.
Each client and each project is unique. Our services are tailored to help the client at all stages of the project. Some only want experienced guidance. Others want us to provide full Owner’s Representative or Construction Management services. Sometimes a mix of these two is used.
