The AT Home Inspection is a non-invasive visual inspection of all readily accessible areas of the home and their working components. From the foundation to the roof and all systems inside, your inspection will clearly distinguish between any major or minor defects, safety or health concerns, and point you in the proper direction towards how to fix them. The typical home inspection will last approximately 3 hours. We encourage the client to walk with us through the home inspection process.
