Founded in 1914, McCormick is a full service contracting firm, specializing in general construction and construction management of mid- to high-rise commercial and institutional buildings, industrial projects, retail and medical facilities, multi- family residential and interiors for both the public and private sector.

Among our notable projects are the 150,000 SF facility for Computer Associates, West Hills; the Armand Hammer Museum, Westwood; Sheraton-Fairplex All-Suite Hotel, Pomona; 12-story Warner Corporate Center, Woodland Hills; complete renovation of the West Covina Fashion Plaza; renovation of and addition to the CBS News Station, Los Angeles; a 300,000-square-foot Electro Data Systems Group facility for Hughes Aircraft Company, Manhattan Beach; Courtyard by Marriott, Burbank; Kaiser Hospital-Seismic and Strengthening in Woodland Hills; Ambulatory Care Clinic Addition with the City of Hope in Duarte; the Clarion Commons Assisted Living facility, Simi Valley; and the Pavilions at Arrowhead, Glendale, Arizona. Current projects include the Angelus Temple in Los Angeles; Burbank Civic Plaza office building in Burbank; Westwood College of Technology and office building in Anaheim; Hampton Inn & Suites in Los Angeles, and the KROQ Remote Broadcast Studio at Hollywood and Highland in Hollywood.
