In 1995, Leo Santoro opened the doors to L&S Air Conditioning & Heating. To capture his vision of the HVAC market in Southern Nevada and making a pledge to customer service, he dedicated himself with one service truck to ensure customer satisfaction within the market. In less than one year, he would begin production with a leading track home developer providing Air Conditioning & Heating installations for residential new construction.
