BLCS develops lots from raw land.  We oversee the process from start to finish including: mass-grading, underground utilities, curb & gutter, asphalt, finish grading, and pad certification.  We have developed over 1,000 lots in the Las Vegas Valley.  We have the knowledge, experience, and expertise to handle a wide variety of residential, commercial, or industrial complexes.

Bond Release for Homebuilders

Let us manage your bond exoneration process for you.  We can take care of the entire bond release progression from pre-final inspection to release letter in your hand.  Whether the project is a residential subdivision or a commercial center, we have a thorough understanding of the procedures and can quickly and efficiently assess the requirements, determine costs, and get the job done.
