Karyn DeRosa

Director of Training

Karyn was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas. She has been married to her husband, Bob, since 2004 and a proud mother to Nicholas. The DeRosa family currently lives in Gilbert, Arizona.

Experience

In 1998, Karyn moved to Las Vegas, accepting the role of Training Manager for Station Casinos. She attended her first Rapport class shortly thereafter. Believing heart, body and soul in Rapport’s mission, Karyn began her journey to become a trainer. She joined Rapport full time in 2000 and trains Leadership Breakthrough One, Power Communication and delivers custom training to many Rapport clients as well.
