Silver Lands Inc. initially began in 1981 as a small family owned business under the name Las Vegas Landscaping. At the time the staff consisted of 10 employees that serviced a small portfolio that primarily consisted of small residential homes. In 1993, the company formally changed its name from Las Vegas Landscaping to Silver Lands, and would eventually incorporate to become Silver Lands Inc.
It wasn’t until 1995 that the company would experience dramatic changes as control transitioned to the younger generation. With a new CEO in place, the direction of the company drastically changed from maintaining a limited portfolio of small residential homes to a substantially larger portfolio with the inclusions of multi-family housing communities and commercial businesses. This expansion led the company’s workforce to grow to over 200 employees, in multiple states.
In 2005, Silver Lands Inc. expanded across state lines for the first time by opening a division in Phoenix, Arizona. Shortly after that expansion, Silver Lands Inc. began accumulating a maintenance portfolio in Tucson, which eventually led to another Arizona expansion into Sierra Vista in 2014. Most recently, Silver Lands Inc. has expanded into Texas with the opening of their Midland/Odessa division.
