Oasis Springs Builders is a full service design/build General Contractor (B2, $500,000 limit) specializing in residential add-ons.We build patio covers and balconies, room additions, gazebos, casitas (guest houses/pool houses/ granny flats), and garages.We pride ourselves in matching the architectural features of your home - stucco texture, paint colors and scheme, roof tiles, etc.We are a turn-key operation.  What you conceive, we'll achieve!  All of our jobs are custom designed and built to your specifications.  We won't start the job until you sign-off on the plans.  Every job we do includes all plans, engineer reports, building permits, and plans to your homeowners association if required. Detailed Contract documents specify exactly what you'll get.  There are no "surprises".
