IDEAL SUPPLY COMPANY was incorporated in the state of Nevada in 1953. The ownership was transferred to Charles C. “Red” Englert in 1981. Previously, Mr. Englert had been the owner of Universal Plumbing & Heating Company for over 30 years. His experience in the commercial mechanical contracting field was and still is reflected in the way IDEAL SUPPLY COMPANY does business.

Red acted as President & CEO of IDEAL SUPPLY from December 1981 until December 1993, when Brad Englert became President. Later in July 1996, upon the death of Charles C. Englert, Brad Englert became the owner and CEO.

Brad is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Administration. He is a past President of the Pacific Southwest Distributors Association and a member of the Board of Directors for the American Supply Association. His 7 years working for Universal Plumbing & Heating on the contracting side of the industry helped instill in him the importance of having the right material, at the right place, at the right time.

Jim Tegano is the Vice President in charge of operations. His 30 plus years with IDEAL SUPPLY proves his dedication to his job and his company. Prior to working for IDEAL SUPPLY, he also worked for Red Englert on the contracting side.

Jim Siple is the Vice President of Purchasing. He has worked for IDEAL SUPPLY for over 20 years. Jim also has experience working on both sides of the industry. On the distribution side, Jim has worked as a purchasing agent and also as a branch manager for one of the largest distributors on the West Coast. It is this kind of experience that makes Jim Siple an important part of our team.

Lynne Downing tops off our executive team. Lynne has a degree in Business Management from the College of Southern Nevada. She is our Controller/HR Director. She manages all of our administrative personnel and handles the human resources for the entire company. Lynne performs her work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and asks the same of her staff.
