Like so many others Norman and Leila Dean came to Southern Nevada in search of employment. As early as 1941 they visited the valley to work for the season. Norman and Leila eventually moved from their home in Missouri, and in 1955 they established Dean Roofing Company in Las Vegas with one truck and one employee.

Norman would work all week repairing and installing and then spend his weekends traveling to Southern California to purchase roofing materials. We are still family owned and operated, and are proud to continue Norman and Leila’s tradition of honesty and hard work.

We provide moisture and thermal protection services through tried and true methods, while utilizing the newest energy saving technologies. We have been a steady employer of union laborers for many years. Our employees continue to exemplify the hard work that established Dean Roofing Company as an industry leader here in the valley. We adhere to a tradition of craftsmanship that is unparalleled and strive to be the best in our business – protecting property throughout our community.
