Paver Patch™ is the line of innovative asphalt maintenance products developed by Traffic Calming Solutions, LLC, LLC in response to current economic and environmental trends in the paving industry.

Although asphalt is a relatively inexpensive pavement material, it requires expensive and wasteful maintenance in the form of patching. Asphalt patching is required for: Utility cuts, potholes, severely deteriorated areas and oil spots in parking areas.

The following market trends led to the development the Paver Patch™ products:

• Rising petroleum prices, advancements in the refining process and increased demand have contributed to the skyrocketing cost of asphalt.
• Although the asphalt paving industry recycles 80% of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP), massive stockpiles are accumulating leading to ever increasing disposal costs.
• Asphalt patching of utility cuts and deteriorated areas in the streets of economically stressed communities and municipalities constitutes a major expense for HOAs, cities and counties.
• Political pressure from the Green Movement to utilize environmentally sustainable solutions and technologies has caused municipalities to look for alternatives to asphalt based pavement.

The Paver Patch™ products are interlocking concrete pavers, supplied as kits, including the entire required pre-cut paver product and pre-measured material including, geo-fabric and a perimeter pavement caulking.

Paver Patches are far stronger than the surrounding asphalt and will reinforce the surrounding areas, extending the lifespan of the pavement. Paver Patches can be installed at a lower cost than asphalt and provides the ability to remove and reinstall the Paver Patches if additional repairs are necessary. Other economic and environmental benefits include lower transportation and equipment costs, less traffic disruption and the ability to reuse the pavers salvaged from patches in a street being repaved.
