Precision Landscape Maintenance was established in 1987 by Art and Laurie Sanchez. As a family owned business, Precision Landscape began providing maintenance services to their local community of Scripps Ranch. As the demand for the quality landscape maintenance and construction increased, Precision Landscape Maintenance Incorporated was started. The following year PLM Inc. earned a Landscape Contractors License (C27) and a Home Improvement Certification (HIC) from the California State Licensing Board. This license and certification have expanded the scope of work and opportunities for PLM Inc. to include residential and commercial design, construction, low water transitioning, synthetic turf, maintenance, repairs and full circle tree maintenance service. Today, PLM Inc. remains a family operated business and is dedicated to providing superior customer service with attention to detail and emphasis on providing San Diego with solutions to any landscape problem.
