About Triton Development

Triton Development is licensed in both California and Nevada. With over 20 years experience we offer design build services from kitchen and bathroom remodeling to custom home construction. Principals Derek Gaffney and Michael Limosana assure you personal service every step of the project. Our goal is provide you with the most thorough and detailed assistance for all your remodeling or home building needs. We have developed our business with referrals through our reputation for integrity and quality building practices. This philosophy is futher reinforced by the quality subcontractors we hire.

Triton Development prides itself on its green building practices including; recycle job site waste, effective insulation that exceeds national codes, energy star appliances, lighting, conservative use of lumber, high performance windows, tight construction, energy efficient heating and cooling equipment and special insulated roof sheathing.

Triton Development has partnered with a stone quarry in Mexico to supply custom hand carved natural stone products direct to our customers. You can pick from an array of quality stone fireplaces, floor tile, decorative pieces, tables, pots and more.
