Fairless Homes is a general contracting company with over 20 years of construction experience in the Henderson and Las Vegas area.  Owner Ron Fairless, a 3rd generation Las Vegas native, is a hands-on owner, personally overseeing all projects from design through final construction.  As a full-service design and build company, Fairless will take your project from dream to reality.  We pride ourselves in  delivering the highest quality craftsmanship, while keeping on-time and on-budget.  Our team works with you in the selection of all products and materials (i.e. appliances, fixtures, finishes) and coordinates all purchases and installation.  At Fairless Homes, our Number One goal is to meet (and exceed) the customer’s expectations!

Fairless Homes offers a “one-stop shopping” approach to meet all of your remodeling and new construction needs.  From initial concept drawings, budgets, permits, feasibility studies and working drawings to the actual construction and final walk-through, we employ experts to complete each step.

Fairless Homes’ proven custom remodeling process is what keeps our Nevada clients coming back to us time and time again.  As a premier design/build contractor, we specialize in designing and creating additions to your home.  This includes kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling/additions, casitas, family room additions, garage additions, great room additions, home additions, room additions, second floor additions, second story additions, and patios.  And we design and build custom homes.  Whether you dream of a new first floor master suite or a simple custom addition to your home, no job is too big or too small for us.

A Clear Path

We know that the best way to ensure a successful end result to any home remodel is to carefully plan a detailed, proven path from the very first consultation.  Fairless Homes takes great pride in our process.  We believe it has something to do with our decades of experience...but also in our proprietary planning software which allows us to accurately and efficiently plan every project. Fairless Homes will work hand-in-hand with you to finalize a plan that meets both your home addition design and budget goals.  Our process is our promise to successfully deliver quality craftsmanship that's completed on-time and on-budget.

Detailed Documentation

Fairless Homes provide a full detailed set of plans, and handles the permit process and fees.  A detailed scope of work document is created and a contract with job schedule is provided and signed by Fairless Homes and the customer.  This includes a line item breakdown of all costs and a payment schedule.   Any changes during the construction process are also documented and approved by the customer.   

What to Expect

When you work with Fairless Homes, here is what you can expect:
    -- The First Step  The process begins with a free consultation.  During the consultation, our goal is to see the space and understand our customer’s vision, expectations, and budget parameters.
    -- Initial Requirements Gathering  We work with you to capture the requirements of the project and use this as input to the initial design.  At the end of this step, we validate the requirements with you.
    -- Concept Phase   First iteration of the design  is created.  We look at what you want and what is possible -- the architectural framework is mapped to the structural framework.  Floorplans and views are developed.
    -- Detailed Specs  The specifications are laid out and the material/product choices are made.  Once complete, Fairless Homes acquires all of the materials.
    -- Build and Project Management  A project manager is assigned and the master schedule is put into motion.  Every project has the personal  oversight of the company owner, RJ Fairless.  Ongoing communication is key throughout this phase.  We pride ourselves in regular communications with our customers so there are no surprises.  We check in along the way and accommodate any changes that our customer may have.
    -- Completion  To ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction, a thorough final walk-through is conducted with the customer.  All finishing touches are then completed.

License

Fairless Homes holds a class B general contractors license and is fully insured.  All sub-contractors used by Fairless Homes are also licensed and insured.
