Working with clients on new home construction as well as renovations projects means managing and tracking the selection of integrated components:

• Selection of standard plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures; flooring; hardware; cabinetry; trim; granite and tile; appliances; paint colors and techniques; masonry; roofing; and architectural and interior details.
• Meetings and on-site consultation as required with the architect and/or contractor with respect to the project.
• Furniture lay-out, space planning, and electrical plan relating to furniture and art placement.
• Plus our firm has licenses with the Nevada Contractor’s Board in carpentry, finishing floors, & tiling.
