Always committed to the science of dentistry, Dr. Henson received his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. He continually strives to enhance his knowledge of current dental procedures, practices, and techniques by attending continuing education courses and hands-on seminars on a regular basis during each year. Especially rewarding for Dr. Henson is his concentration on cosmetic dentistryOne of Dr. Henson's passions is to share his skills with many people, both here and abroad, on a volunteer basis. Since 1984, he has traveled to Romania and Sierra Leone, West Africa many times to provide much needed dental care to people who have no dental care available to them. As a board member of Interfaith Health/Dental Clinic in Knoxville he provides volunteer services to patients on a regular basis.
