Welden Construction was founded in 1995 as a natural extension of my construction activities. James Welden, my father, was a builder and passed down his passion for the business to me. insisting that I become skilled in all aspects of construction. This knowledge of many trades has served my business well. Welden Construction is experienced and capable of complex remodeling job as well as smaller projects.

Welden Construction has completed two condominium subdivisions in the Knoxville area with over 130 units in West Knoxville and a beautiful development owned and developed in the a local golfing community, including 36 condos and 22 residential homes. Currently, we are providing high-quality construction on remodeling jobs as well as repair projects.
